Palomar Physics and Engineering Club

   Palomar Physics and Engineering Club (P&E) was created to give STEM major students at Palomar College the opportunity to gather practical experience to prepare them for workplace in the engineering field.

 

   P&E is developing an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to compete in the 2023 RoboSub competition. An AUV is a submarine that uses sensors and programs on and in the submarine to navigate itself. Teams from around the world design, manufacture, program, and test their AUVs in an underwater obstacle course anually during RoboSub.
